Application Process
Virginia students can apply to ACCESS Academy prior to their 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade year. Students will be selected by lottery from the pool of qualified applicants.
The application process for students interested in ACCESS Academy for the 2025-26 school year will take place from February 2025 through May 2025.
- February: ACCESS Academy outreach begins
- March: Interest window opens, applications are accepted
- April through May: Admissions process takes place - students will be selected by lottery from the pool of qualified applicants
- May: Ongoing waitlist for qualified applicants
General Transportation Information
- Transportation is available for in-county (LCPS) ACCESS Academy students from designated hub stop locations at elementary, middle, and high schools.
- Parents and/or guardians are responsible for getting their child(ren) to and from the hub stop locations in the morning and afternoons.
- Students traveling to Potomac Falls High School and ACCESS Academy from outside Loudoun County are responsible for transportation to and from Potomac Falls High School.
- Transportation will be provided for all ACCESS Academy students between Potomac Falls High School and Fuse at Mason Square.
